    A unique dining experience awaits you and your family at The Falls Port Inn and Restaurant in Hawley, PA. Casual attire is welcomed and reservations are requested. Let Host Dorothy Fenn and her professional staff prepare a delicious meal that will make you want to keep coming back for more and more!
    According to The River Reporter, "...management deserves recognition for its loving restoration of Falls Port Inn to its original 1902 elegance. Think crisp -- immaculate white linens, pristine water goblets... Think late Victorian -- portieres, a collection of old copper pots, china with lines in harmony with the flowing William Morris wallpaper and heavy cutlery. Think gracious -- classical music and a powder room with a shelf of perfume for patrons' use. I was shown two of the Inn's guest rooms - the themes carry throughout. I can't help but agree with the Inn's slogan, "We don't make the difference... we create it!"


Menu

    Below is a sampling of our menus. Our food is prepared with the finest ingredients and we are the recipient of the Gourmet Diners Society's Golden Fork Award for excellence in the food service industry as demonstrated in the superior quality of food, customer service, and hospitality. Children's menu available along with daily specials.

Lunch:
Classic Turkey Club Sandwich
Sliced turkey breast with slab bacon, lettuce, and tomato.
Strip Steak Sandwich on Garlic Bread
Open Faced Reuben
On grilled rye bread with corned beef, Swiss cheese, sauerkraut, and Russian dressing.
Monte Cristo
Monte Cristo
Ham, turkey breast, and Swiss cheese served on French toast, batter dipped, pan fried, and topped with powdered sugar. Served with Pennsylvania maple syrup.
Lobster Ravioli
Maine lobster meat is seasoned with shallots and fine herbs then enclosed in fresh homemade pasta served with a rich shellfish sauce.
South of the Border
A fresh grilled chicken breast pressed with cilantro and presented with guacamole, salsa, fried tortilla strips, Cheddar cheese, and diced tomato.

Dinner:
Escargot en Croute
Plump snails are steamed in white wine, then seasoned with a Pernod flavored spinach paste and baked to a golden brown.

Served with a coulis of tomato and cucumber.
Seafood Fradiablo
Caesar Salad for Two
Original Caesar Salad of the Ritz recipe served with 12 grain croutons.
Sirloin Steak Au Poivre
Trimmed completely and sautéed with crushed peppercorns and a cognac cream sauce.
Veal Chop
An extra thick cut seared over open flames and roasted in the oven to your specification, then seasoned with herbs and topped with Gorgonzola cheese and shiitake mushrooms.
Encrusted Rack of Veal
Fresh New Zealand Rack of Lamb Dijonnaise
Marinated in whole grain dijon mustard, rosemary, and garlic, then seared and roasted to perfection.
Shrimp Kabob
Salmon Fillet
Baked with saki, ginger, scallions, and soy in a traditional Japanese style that is flavorful and low in fat.
Chicken Remi
A sauté of boneless chicken with shiitake mushrooms and sundried tomatoes served over our own homemade pasta laced in a mild cognac cream sauce.

Brunch:

Apple slices are sautéed and seasoned with cinnamon, honey, and nuts, oven baked in the pan and served with Pennsylvania maple syrup and hazelnut butter.

Toasted English muffins side by side are topped with Canadian bacon and poached eggs, then napped with sauce Hollandaise.

A crisp and light Belgian waffle is served with our special homemade topping selected for today and Pennsylvania maple syrup.
Spinach and Ricotta Cheese Ravioli
Served with your choice of Bolognaise or Alfredo sauce.
Broiled Seafood Platter
Ocean fresh scallops, shrimp, clams, and white fish broiled to perfection and served with homemade French fries.

Murder Mysteries
It's dinner theater with a difference! Starring the Lakeside Players on Wednesday evenings in July and August. Previous performances featured such plays as "Trouble at the Tropicabana" with Lucy, Ricky, Ethel, and Fred in hare-brained schemes and murder, and "Polterheist", an X-files spoof with a twist at the BOO Convention.
